What does a collaboration look like?
I can come in and serve as a dedicated member of a project team for a set period. I'll dedicate a portion of my time to a project, acting as a strategic advisor to help the team navigate challenges, make key decisions, and keep the project on track. My role is to provide strategic oversight, frame the scope, set direction, manage C-level stakeholders and act as a hands-on contributor to key activities and deliverables.
