Holding a Masters degree in Industrial Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor degree from Central Saint Martins, Chris spent his early career mastering the tactical execution of design. Working in-house with leading direct-to-consumer brands across the US, Germany, and Denmark, including Casio, Audi, Lego, and Nokia, he shaped early-stage concepts and delivered market-ready solutions for consumer electronics, mobility, and interactive play. During this time, he led product design efforts from initial concept to market delivery, integrating technical feasibility with user-centered thinking.

Seeking to understand the macro-level drivers behind consumer behavior, Chris transitioned to an Insight & Strategy Consultant role at the innovation firm ReD Associates. Here, he led cross-functional teams specialising in business-applied anthropology, designing and conducting ethnographic research to transform insights into tangible growth opportunities and innovation roadmaps.
He subsequently brought this strategic mindset back into the corporate environment as Head of Design at Tetra Pak. Over five years, he drove significant organisational transformation by designing new business processes to embed user-centricity into the product development framework, while building and managing a global cross-functional design team.
